How quick can we turn around your order?
Most artwork is turned around within 24 hours for approval. Many of our products are available with a production of 3 business days from the art approval date. Standard production time for other products is 5-7 business days. For data or audio preload, and more complex logos production time will increase slightly. Once production is complete, shipping to the US is 2 business days via UPS, FedEx or DHL international service.
Pricing for all products, includes 1 location, 2-color imprint, setup, pre-production proof and black neck lanyard. We are pleased to offer free standard international shipping for flash drives and lanyards to US addresses for orders of 100+ units. Shipping charges will apply for additional accessories like gift boxes.
What format for artwork do we accept?
We prefer artwork in .ai or .eps format but can accept high resolution .jpg artwork as well.
